Just received a reminder from Steve Tate of Goat Lady Dairy that they will begin a new season of selling their wonderful cheeses this weekend at the Piedmont Farmer's Market and the Greensboro Curb Market. LINK

Many new kids were born this last season.

Look for opportunities to tour the Dairy. Perhaps you will be lucky enough to get a reservation for their rare, sold-out dinners, which feature fresh ingredients from the farm and a view of a milking session. Three of the best environmental talks I have ever had the good fortune to hear were offered by Steve Tate, at an open house, prior to a dinner and when he spoke to my service club.
