Easter Ground Hog

Saw her by the side of I-85 in Durham at about 5 p.m.

Same general area where I've been surprised to find deer grazing on two or three occasions, as day turns to night, right beside the 18-wheelers.

This "whistle pig's" head was up and alert as she seemed to be considering a rush across 8 lanes of returning Easter travelers. Hoping she thought better of that.
