Is Alarm Necessary?

Quebec City Zoo is closing. That has been known for some time.

PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) has been raising the alarm that the Zoo's animals could end up in the wrong hands.

The Canadian Association of Zoos and Aquariums (CAZA) says a plan has been in place to deal with the closing, CBS News - Canada reports.

PETA and CAZA both appear to be doing their "jobs". If that continues, the animals will benefit.
