"White morph of the great blue heron, found only in the Everglades/Florida Keys. This guy was stalking my neighbor's bait trap. Actually, stalking the fish who were stalking the fish in the bait trap. He did catch one, but that picture was fuzzy because he was moving and I didn't have a tripod or anything-- noticed him as I was unloading groceries from my car and just grabbed my camera and shot off a few,"

Saw a "regular" great egret on my hour run today on the trails near Jamestown, NC.
