Poo to Power Zoo
Dallas Zoo will use animal, and other, waste to provide enough power to pay for the initial investment of about $1M in 10 years. Biogas!

What a tremendous idea and a great project that the Dallas Zoo is doing with using animal "Biogas" as an energy source.
Do you think that maybe even the NC Zoo will also try a project such as this? Especially since it will pay for itself in ~ 10 years?

Wouldn't be surprised, Bob. They do a lot. Biofuel. Solar panels. Constructed wetland. Compost. Hybrids. Etc. Etc.
