Hospital Food

A browse garden is being planted specifically for the patients of the Valerie H. Schindler Wildlife Rehabilitation Center at the NC Zoo.

Tip of the hat to NC Chapter AAZK.

what animals will benefit from the browse garden?

All the injured herbivores that are treated and then reside there for some time. Some of the educational animals too, turtles, ground hogs, etc.
