Costa Rica & Conservation

The developing country gets $56M in recognition of its protection of tropical forest and marine habitats.

The country is proud to lead the developing world in conservation.

Headline should have read, "Costa Rica given $56 Million to keep its citizens in poverty". That would have been accurate.

The Tico average income is between $10,000 and $11,000. How would your level of life be with $11,000 a year? And don't look to the government, their national debt is high.

It's one in the same because environmentalists want third world countries to stay third world and they want industrialized countries to de-industrialize to third world status.
